Paris Blues is a character in TMNT Descendants. She is the sister of Adele Blues.

Appearance
She has white fur and black hair, which she cut short. Her hair is side swept, and shoulder length, and, with the help of Lillian and Cherry Blossom, her bangs are dyed purple. Her eyes are silver. Men often say she has the perfect body, to which she cringes and denies it.
She wears a red and black flannel shirt over a red tank top, black shorts over black fishnet tights, black sneaker boots with white toes, soles, and laces and black biker gloves.
Personality
She is rather sneaky, and she likes catching people off-guard by appearing to be harmless. Whenever she gets into a fight, she's always smiling, which shows she's either overly-confident about her chances to win, or she enjoys fighting. She has an explosive temper, and she hates losing.
